Well I upgraded to the premium because it included at least 6 roses. My mother did not receive any roses. Person answering phone said their roses were "less than, so she made the arrangement biggr and added some shiny ornaments" I would have liked a phone call giving me the option to choose something else as I did not want all carnations. My mother still liked what she received, but the whole idea to upgrade was to not just have carnations.
